How do I tell the difference between ants and termites?

Ants have three body segments and bent antennae. Termites have two body parts a head and a body with straight antennae.
How long after treatment does it take for the termites to be gone?

B&B only uses the best liquid termiticide on the market today, Termidor. It takes up to 90 days after the treatment to eliminate the colony of termites.
Do you require a long-term contract?

No, we do not require a long-term contract. B&B offers One- time services, Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly services. If you wish to restart your canceled service after 90 days, there may be a small fee to continue.
I have a very sensitive child. Do you offer programs that would fit his needs?

Yes! B&B offers "Green Programs," more natural, chemical-free options, and low-toxic solutions. Our B&B products are eco-friendly and include granules, botanicals, clove oil, and more.
How fast can you respond when I call your office with a pest problem?

We do our best to meet your needs efficiently and effectively. We can usually have help on the way within a day or two, even sooner, on emergency problems.
When you come to spray my house, how long will it take?

It depends on the service and many other factors. A routine quarterly service, for example, will often take less than an hour.
Can I be home at the time of my service?

B&B will advise you if it is necessary to leave home. This will depend on what type of service you have done.
Is there anything I need to do to my home before pest control service?

Your technician will advise you to remove pet food, water dishes, exposed food items, and children's toys from areas he needs to treat. If there are pets inside, other things may need attention.
Is it safe for my pet to go outside after treatment?

Every pesticide requires that pets and people avoid treatment until dry.
How long will it take for my home to be safe for children and pets if I have the inside treated?

Generally 2 to 4 hours or until dry. Your technician will inform you in advance of any precautions or answer any other questions you may have.
I have a bug, and I don't know what it is. Can you help me?

Sure! Our technicians can usually identify a bug by asking a few questions about where you found it, its size, color, and general shape.
If my house gets treated right before it rains, will the product be washed away?

Products applied to eaves, around windows, under patio covers, and many other pest harborages will be effective even if it rains.
